Since 1874, at the gateway to the Sanctuaries, the Congregation of the Daughters of Our Lady of Sorrows has been serving sick, elderly and disabled pilgrims and their loved ones. The Accueil Marie Saint-Frai is a guest house where both able-bodied and sick people can experience their pilgrimage to Lourdes, in the heart of the Marian city, in the joy of the Gospel, compassion for those who suffer, and a warm, family-like spirit of sharing with the poor – whether travelling alone, as a couple, with family or with friends.
